Telangana State BJP today assured farmers a loan waiver up to 2 lakh rupees, free laptops to students and benefits of Ayushman Bharat programme to 3.5 crore people if it is voted to power in the state. The party state unit has released its election manifesto in Hyderabad. Senior BJP Leader and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today addressed a rally at Nagarkurnool. He is scheduled to later address rallies at Wanaparthy, Zaheerabad and Maheswaram constituencies.  Congress President Rahul Gandhi is also taking part in the electioneering on the second day of his second spell of the campaign in the state.</span><br />
