The Principal Judge, North Goa District Sessions Court Anuja Prabhudessai today granted interim relief to Tehelka Editor tarun Tejpal against his arrest till 10.00 a.m. tomorrow, in a sexual assault case.

The Principal Judge heard the arguments of Defence Lawyer Geeta Luthra whereas the arguments of state Government counsel Saresh Lotliker will be heard tomorrow. The court said police cannot arrest Tejpal till saturday morning. Meanwhile, BJP supporters protested outside the Goa airport as Tejpal landed in Goa.
