Union Minister of State for Defence, Rao Inderjit today said that production of India's light combat aircraft TEJAS is being increased from 8 per year to 16 per year. He said TEJAS has been included in the Airforce and soon TEJAS-2 will come. He was interacting with media persons at Panchkula after inauguration of 16th Senior National Para Athletic Championship.<br/><br/>When asked about revival of HMT a sick industrial unit at Pinjore, he said that a committee has been set up to see, whether HMT factory at Pinjore can be used for defense production or not.<br/><br/>Earlier addressing the people he appreciated the Paralympics Committee of Haryana for organizing the event. He also urged the players to give their best performance as their selection for Rio Olympics would depend upon their performance in this championship. He assured that the selection for the Rio Olympics would be fair.
