In Andhra Pradesh, Telengana Employees Joint Action Committee (TEJAC) has rejected the State Government's invitation for talks. The Group of Ministers looking into the employee’s demands had invited leaders of Telengana Emloyees Associations to resolve their issues through talks and appealed to them not to create inconvenience to people. TEJAC Chairman Swami Gowd told the media in Hyderabad this morning that they have decided to go on general strike from the 17th of this month.
