Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said Engineers are playing crucial rule in nation building. Addressing a function to mark the Engineers' Day in New Delhi, Mr Naqvi said, technology and good technocrat are important component for country's all round development. <br/><br/>The Minister said due to revolutionary technology up gradation, digital India programme has become successful.
