A 16-member Indian cricket team except Captain M S Dhoni, Abhimanyu Mithun and Wriddhiman Saha, left for Colombo this afternoon to play three-test against Sri Lanka and a triangular ODI series. Skipper Dhoni will leave for Colombo tomorrow, while Abimanyu Mithun and wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha will fly to Colombo from London where they were representing India 'A.' India will take on Sri Lanka in the first test at Galle on July 18. The second and third test matches will be played in Colombo. The test series will be followed by a triangular ODI series with New Zealand as the third team.However, the present Indian squad was picked up only for the test matches.
