Teachers and universities should explore ways to make India a developed country at a faster pace: Manipur Governor

<span style="color: #222222;">Manipur joined the rest of the nation when Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched 'Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth' via video conference today. The official function in the State was held at Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan Imphal where Manipur Governor Sushri Anusuiya Uikey along with State Education Minister Thounaojam Basantakumar, Vice Chancellors of Universities, faculty members, and students attended.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the gathering, the Manipur Governor said that teachers and universities should explore ways to make India a developed country at a faster pace and also identify specific sectors for improvement towards a developed nation. She also underlined the need to channel the energy of the students and the youth of every university towards achieving the common goal of Viksit Bharat and contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.  Governor Sushri Anusuiya Uikey said:</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A workshop was also organized at Raj Bhavan in which experts from Universities and Higher Education Institutes deliberated on the different topics. Speaking to Akashvani News, the Vice Chancellor of Manipur University Prof: N. Lokendra said that India will be a developed country by 2047. </span><br />
