Ruling NDA ally TDP today protested outside Parliament demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh. Displaying posters, the party MPs raised slogans in support of their demand for full implementation of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act. The Parliamentarians also wanted tax incentive to promote industrialization in the state.
