<br/>Opposition TDP members have been suspended from Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly today for disrupting the proceedings over Sompet firing. Alleging that the Revenue Minister D Prasada Rao is responsible for Sompet firing in which two persons were killed the opposition TDP, CPI, CPM and BJP members demanded the Chief Minister to sack him from the cabinet. The opposition has demanded a judicial enquiry into the incident. <br/><br/>The house has witnessed uproar when the TDP members continued to disrupt proceedings even after adjournment of the house twice for brief period. Speaker N Kiran Kumar Reddy suspended the TDP members today on the last day of the monsoon session of the Assembly when the agitating members did not heed to the repeated requests from the chair for observing restraint. Earlier, Home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy in her statement said the police opened fire in self defence only when all other efforts to control the agitating mob failed. She said two persons were killed and 145 persons including over 50 policemen injured in the incident.
