Tauktae cyclone has affected power supply of more than 46 lakh consumers in Maharashtra. Electricity distribution network in 10,752 villages in Maharashtra is disturbed. These villages are from Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Raigad, Thane, Palghar, Kolhapur and Pune Districts. The State Relief and Rehabilitation Minister has instructed officials to speed up Panchanama and repair the houses damaged by the cyclone.
