Government will constitute a task force to identify undertrial cases and look into their problems.<br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, the Law Minister Mr Veerappa Moily expressed concern over delay of justice to undertrails as there are over three lakh of them languishing in jails. He urged all the state governments to work in tandem to reduce their number in jails. Mr Moily said the National Legal Mission is a step towards guaranteeing access to justice for every citizen.<br/><br/>
