Minister of State for Communications Manoj Sinha has said the target of networking one lakh village panchayats through optical fibre network will be reached very soon. <br/><br/>Replying to supplementaries in the Rajya Sabha today, he said by this month, 97,000 villages will be brought under the telecom network. He assured the House that by December 2018, each and every village in the country will be networked under the Bharat Net scheme.<br/>
