External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has termed the incident of alleged beating of Tanzanian woman student by a mob in Bengaluru as shameful. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mrs Swaraj said, she is deeply pained and talked to the Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over the incident. She said, the Chief Minister informed her that a criminal case has been registered and four accused have been arrested. The Minister also asked him to ensure safety and security of all foreign students.
