<span style="color: #222222;">The new Governor of Telangana, Tamilisai Soundararajan, was sworn-in during a function held at Raj Bhawan in Hyderabad today. Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, administered her the Oath of Office and Secrecy. She took oath in English in the name of God. Ms Soundararajan is the second Governor of the state. She is also the first woman to hold the post of Governor after Telangana was formed in 2014.<br />”<br />”Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Kishen Reddy, State ministers, public representatives and eminent personalities of various walks of life attended the swearing-in ceremony of the Governor.</span><br />
