'Nugarvore Raja,' the Tamil translation of the book ‘Consumer is King’ written by Rajyalakshmi Rao, Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, was launched at the premises of the Madras High Court on Friday.<br/><br/>Launching the book, Chief Justice of the Madras High Court H.L. Gokhale said the dissemination of knowledge and information was vital for ensuring the efficiency of the institutions mandated with protection of consumer rights. Ms. Rao said the book was conceived to raise awareness on consumer rights and educate aggrieved persons on the legal remedies against deficiency in goods and services.
