<span style="color: #222222;">In Tamilnadu, the ruling DMK front is leading in all the 21 corporations, out of 138 municipalities, DMK front has won in 124 and AIADMK leads in 8, out of the total 2438 panchayats in which elections were held DMK leads in 1449, Opposition is leading in  AIADMK leads 385 wards Cong leads in 77 wards and BJP leads in 29 wards. Counting of votes for the urban local body elections is being held at 268 counting centres from 8:00 am this morning. Security has been tightened at all counting centres. Elected members will be taking oath on the 2nd of next month.</span><br />
