Tamil Nadu requests Centre to expedite sanction of unique tourism project

<span style="color: #222222;">Tamil Nadu Tourism minister Shri Vellamandi N Natarajan has requested Union Tourism Minister Shri Prahlad Singh Patel to expedite sanction of a unique and imaginative tourism project connecting various Murugan temples in Tamil Nadu.<br />''<br />''Participating in the virtual conference of Tourism Ministers, Shri Natarajan said that an initial project report, costing about 100 crore rupees has been submitted in this regard. He further pointed out that the project intends to increase inter connectivity between and basic infrastructural facilities in six Murugan temples in Tamilnadu, popularly called as Arupadai Veedu. The temples are situated at Tiruttani, Tirupparankundram, Palamuthirsolai, Palani, Swamimalai and Tiruchendur.</span><br />
