In Tamil Nadu, the 22nd death anniversary of former chief minister and AIADMK founder M.G. Ramachandran is being observed in the state. AIADMK General Secretary Ms.Jayalalitha and party functionaries paid homage at the memorial of the late leader in Chennai. The state is also observing the 36th death anniversary of Rationalist leader Periyar. The DMK general secretary and Finance minister Mr. K. Anbazhagan, Deputy Chief minister Mr M.K. Stalin and state ministers paid floral tributes at the Periyar statue on Anna Salai.<br/><br/><br/>
