An MP and two other politicians from Tamil Nadu were on Tuesday deported by Sri Lankan immigration authorities as they landed in Colombo to attend the funeral of Parvathy Ammal, mother of LTTE leader Prabhakaran. The airport officials did not give any reasons for the deportation of Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi leader and MP Thol Thirumavalan and the two others.
