<span style="color: #222222;">In Tamil Nadu, more than 100 University Vice Chancellors are taking part in a two-day National Conference in Kanyakumari district which will be winding up its deliberations today. Earlier, the conference was inaugurated through video-conferencing by Dr Kiran Bedi, Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The conference is mainly discussing about digitally enhanced distance learning methodologies as well as the importance of ensuring increased variety of curriculum in graduate and post graduate courses.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Vice Chancellor of the Tamil Nadu Open University Dr Parthasarathi, who presented a concept paper at the seminar, said more efforts should be made to create awareness about cutting edge research activities being conducted at university level among college lecturers and students.</span><br />
