In Tamil Nadu, a major reshuffle has been effected in the postings of senior IAS officials. Senior bureaucrat Phanindra Reddy has been named the new Principal Secretary-Home, while Health Department Principal Secretary Dr J Radhakrishnan has been shifted to Food, Consumer Affairs and Cooperatives. He will be replaced by Dr P.Senthil Kumar in the Health Department.
