<span style="color: #222222;">In Tamil Nadu, the Government K A P Viswanatham Memorial Medical College Hospital at Trichy is considering use of robots to provide various services in it's Isolation Wards. A trial, in this regard, was conducted in the presence of the Trichy District Collector.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Jaffie Medic-20 robots can be programmed to provide various services to patients like serving them food, providing them prescribed medicines as per chart. The robot is capable of carrying up to 20 kilograms of material to a maximum distance of 500 metres. </span><br />
