The Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy said in a statement this evening that educational institutions from 9th standard onwards including colleges will reopen on the 16th November. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, the major decisions announced by the State government, while extending the lockdown till November end include the reopening of schools, colleges and cinema halls. Entertainment and amusement parks, large halls, zoos and museums will also reopen the same day. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">All socio-political and religious events including marriages are permitted to have a gathering of up to 100 people at a time from the 16th.
