In a statement today, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin said that it would be set up at a cost of Five crore and an annual amount of Rs. three crore will be allocated to the board.</span> <br />''<br />''A separate database would be created with all the details. Those who are registered in the welfare Board can avail accident insurance, life insurance along with medical insurance with an ID card. The families of the affected labourers from the State living in other countries will also be benefitted by the Welfare Board. A Mobile app and legal aid centre are to be set up by the Government. <br />''<br />''More than seven lakh people from the State  who have returned without employment will be given subsidised loan facility upto  two and a half lakh rupees for starting micro enterprises. Online classes for kids of the Tamil community living abroad will also be started to enable easy learning of the language. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">January 12th will be celebrated as World Tamil Repatriates day in coordination with more than 60 Tamil associations existing all over the world. </span><br />
