The Tamil Nadu Government has extended the lockdown till the 31st December with a slew of further relaxations. The move comes in the wake of the current phase of unlock necessitated by the Covid-19 pandemic drawing to a close tonight. AIR correspondent reports, the new phase of unlock comes into force from tomorrow. It envisages reopening of all colleges on the 7th December, for the final year undergraduate classes.<br />'' <br />''For the medical colleges, all the classes would begin on the day.
