This was announced by the State Minister for Animal Husbandry Udumalai Radhakrishnan in Namakkal today. He also said that a Poultry Research Centre with all latest facilities will be coming up very soon in Namakkal. The Minister said that these initiatives have been taken on basis of the fact that poultry farming is one of the major activities in the district.
