Tamil Nadu: DMK MLA J. Anbazhagan died of COVID-19 disease

<span style="color: #222222; font-size: 13.3333px;">In Tamil Nadu, the DMK MLA J. Anbazhagan died of COVID-19 disease this morning. </span><span style="color: #222222;">He was 62. He represented the Chepauk Assembly Constituency in Chennai. He was admitted into a private hospital in the city on 2nd of June as he was confirmed with the viral infection. DMK President M K Stalin, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy, the State BJP leader L.Murugan and several other political leaders have expressed condolences to his bereaved family.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that incidentally today is the birthday of the DMK legislator on which he has breathed his last. He was on ventilator support since the third of this month, as said in a statement by the hospital in Chennai where he was admitted. Its medical bulletin says he was weaned off gradually from the ventilator as his health improved but his conditions deteriorated again on Monday and he was put on ventilator support again. He had comorbidity conditions.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Anbazhagan has been the party's Chennai West Wing District Secretary as well. The DMK has announced three-day mourning for the demise of its three-time legislator. </span><br />
