Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswamy has sought the early release of the eighteen Indian sailors, including the one, from Chennai, who were detained by Iran along with their UK ship. <br />'' <br />'' In a letter to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar today, Mr. Palaniswamy said the father of the sailor, Adithyaa Vasudevan, from Chennai has represented to the state government for his early release. He urged the Union Minister to direct the authorities concerned to secure their release and repatriation. <br />''
