Initially, only degrees in five languages were accepted as the eligibility norm in which Tamil was not included. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Several political party leaders in the state pressed for its inclusion. Last night, the institute added the PG degrees in all the Indian classical languages as eligibility for the two year course.</span><br />''
