Students have been using what's app video calls explaining their plight. <br />''<br />''At least 916 students had contacted the emergency help desk set up exclusively since yesterday. Chief Minister Stalin has stated that all the students who have contacted the Government will be brought back at the expense of the State Government.  Another emergency help desk has been set up at Tamilnadu House in New Delhi for this purpose. Jacintha Lazarus, Commissioner of the rehabilitation and welfare of nonresident Tamils will coordinate the logistics and the needed assistance.
