On receipt of the vaccine he said that all those above 60 years of age as well as those above 45 years of age with pre-existing conditions can be vaccinated.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr.Palaniswami told that it was available free of cost at Government Hospitals in the State. </span>
