The state Chief Minister consulted collectors today through video-conferencing. It has been stressed to help the farmers in getting all the agricultural inputs and in transporting their produces to the markets.<br />''<br />''Works under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme has also been asked to be facilitated. Disinfecting the containment areas twice a day and supplying the people in the shut-down areas with all the essential items there itself has been insisted. <br />''<br />''Surveillance of the containment zones has been asked to be further intensified. Plans are also afoot to shift those living in congested areas in the red zones to the nearby quarantine centres to ensure social distancing. </span>
