It was closed down by the end of April as it emerged as a major hotspot for the COVID-19 disease. Now, the Administration has decided to throw it open in a staggered way. Its release says the food grains market in the complex will reopen on the 18th of September and the vegetable market on the 28th. It will be followed by the fruits and the flowers market next. The reopening is considered one of the major steps pointing towards gradual normalisation of economic activities.</span><br />
