In Tamil Nadu, Finance Minister Mr. Anbhazagan will present the budget for the year 2010-2011 in the newly constructed state of the art assembly complex this morning. A number of welfare schemes are expected to be announced in the budget as the state is scheduled to go to polls next year.<br/><br/>The session is likely to be stormy one as, the opposition parties may raise various issues including the rise in prices of essential commodities and the increase in prices of petroleum products.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Chennai city Police Commissioner T. Rajendran has said said that state-of-the-art security system at a cost of 24 crore rupees is being planned for the newly built complex. He said that the adequate security arrangements have been made for the budget session. Mr. Rajendran also said that works are on to install mordernised traffic signals at 23 places around the Secretariat complex at a cost of two crore rupees and the work would be completed before next month.<br/>
