<span style="color: #222222;">The Tamil Nadu Assembly has passed a resolution unanimously seeking the Centre's approval to send aid materials to Sri Lanka which is affected by the economic crisis. Moving the resolution, Chief Minister M. K. Stalin said, the State Government is planning to send 40-thousand tonnes of rice worth 80 crore rupees, 137 types of essential medicines at a cost of 28 crore rupees and 500 tonnes of milk powder worth 15 crore rupees among others.
