The final of the Vijay Hazare tournament between Tamil Nadu and Bengal will be played in New Delhi today. Tamil Nadu, led by Vijay Shankar, with a host of experienced limited overs specialists will start as favourites against a youthful Bengal side led by their inspirational skipper Manoj Tiwary. For Bengal, India speedster Mohammed Shami is likely to bolster their pace attack. Shami, who played one match for Bengal at the league stage has been declared fit to play the summit clash and has reportedly joined the team. Both Bengal and Tamil Nadu have proved their mettle in the limited overs format having played back-to-back finals in the 2008-09 and 2009-10 editions.
