In Tamil Nadu, three more Lok Sabha MPs belonging to the ruling AIADMK have extended their support to the O Panneerselvam camp. Tuticorin MP Jayasingh Thiyagaraj Nattarji, Vellore MP B.Senguttuvan and Perambalur constituency member RP Muthuraja extended their support to the Panneerselvam camp. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, VK Sasikala camp has urged Governor Vidyasagar Rao to invite her at the earliest to form the government saying she enjoys the support of the party MLAs. Ms Sasikala has said her loyalists will launch a new form of protests from today against what she calls delay by Raj Bhavan in inviting her to form the Government. Police have beefed up security around Raj Bhavan and are keeping watch over all the lodges in Chennai to see if any people with questionable credentials are staying there. <br/><br/>The state BJP has distanced itself from the stand of the party senior leader Dr Subramanian Swamy. Dr Swamy had tweeted that Governor should honor the mandate given to Ms Sasikala by her party MLAs without delay. He also called on the Governor last night, though Raj Bhavan termed it a courtesy call. Meanwhile, state BJP President Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan has said Dr Swamy's opinion on government formation in Tamil Nadu are his own.
