The Centre said ULFA leaders, who surrendered on Friday, will have to face judicial process as several cases are pending against them and talks with the militant outfit will take place in due course. <br/><br/>Home Secretary Mr G K Pillai told reporters in New Delhi that the ULFA leaders, Rajkhowa and Raju Baruah, who have surrendered and then they were arrested. He said they are now in Guwahati and will be produced in a court.<br/>
