Reserve Bank Deputy Governor H R Khan has said that the country is in talks to join the world's largest settlement system for securities transactions, Euro clear.Khan was talking to reporters on the sidelines of an event in Mumbai. He said that the discussions are going on regarding Euro clear. Khan said that the plan is to join the system for both corporate and sovereign bonds, but refused to elaborate.
