The Obama Administration is holding urgent discussions with Congressional leaders to try to resolve the deadlock over the budget, which threatens to shutdown the Government, with hundreds of thousands of Federal workers, being sent home. Tension is running high between Democratic and Republican members of Congress as they are trying to hammer-out an agreement.
