Talks are currently in progress to start a bus service between Imphal in Manipur and Mandalay in Myanmar.The memorandum of understanding on the bus service is being drafted. The protocol on operational modalities are also being discussed with Myanmar. Minister of State for External Affairs V.K. Singh gave this information in the Lok Sabha today.
