In Rajasthan, talks between Gurjar leaders and State government may continue today. During the third round talks on Monday, 13 demands were discussed and consensus evolved on 9 of the demands made by Gurjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti. State Home Minister Shanti Dhariwal informed media persons that State government has agreed on various demands including jobs and compensation to the family members of those killed during previous Gurjar agitations. The State Govt. will also try to include the Gurjar community in 9th Schedule of Constitution. On the other hand, Gurjar leaders insisted on their demand of 5% reservation.
