Taliban commanders in Afghanistan say they are moving fighters into southern city of Kandahar to counter an expected push into that city by international coalition and Afghan military forces. <br/> <br/>They told the Associated Press they are ready for NATO-led offensive in Kandahar. They said, their fighters are already inside Kandahar planning bomb and other attacks. <br/> <br/>The coalition military commander in Afghanistan, US Gen. Stanley McCrystal has been planning an offensive in Kandahar as part of a broader strategy to establish Afghanistan Government's authority in areas previously under Taliban control. <br/>
