Taliban militants cut throats of three villagers in Pakistan

In Pakistan, Taliban militants cut the throats of three villagers in Chitral, after accusing them of helping the Pakistani military and dumped their bodies on the road near the Afghan border. Police said the militants left a note with the bodies threatening that those who try to support the government or army will face same fate.In another incident, at least six people were killed in a clash between two ethnic Pashtun tribes in a row over the distribution of irrigation water in the Kurram region on the Afghan border.
