In Afghanistan, a suicide attack and gun battle carried out by Taliban militants in Jalalabad city, the capital of Nangarhar province this morning left three attackers dead and injured a soldier with NATO- led forces. An official with the press department of NATO-led International Security Assistance Force in eastern region told media that a group of militants armed with weapons and suicide vests stormed eastern part of Jalalabad airport today.
