Wall Street ended sharply higher yesterday, as signs of de-escalating tensions along the Russia-Ukraine border sparked a risk-on session. All three major US equity indexes witnessed robust gains. Tech and tech-adjacent stocks provided the biggest boost and pushed the Nasdaq Composite Index 2.5 percent up. US stock indexes jump snapping longest weekly losing streak

Wall Street gained more than one and half percent yesterday as investors sought bargains among sectors hardest-hit by the coronavirus recession, now limping toward its ninth month. All three major U.S. stock indexes jumped snapping the longest weekly losing streak.
