US Federal Reserve keeps interest rate unchanged for seventh straight time

The US Federal Reserve kept the interest rate unchanged but hinted that there could be one cut between now and the end of the year as they continue the fight against inflation.   The Fed announcement came last night after a two-day meeting of its top officials. USA defeat Mexico 9-0 to register 2nd win in FIH Series Finals

The United States continued its fine form and spanked Mexico 9-0 to register its second consecutive win at the FIH Series Finals Hockey Tournament in a Pool-B match in Bhubaneswar today.  USA had earlier stunned South Africa 2-0 in the tournament opener on Thursday, while Mexico had slumped to a 1-3 defeat against Asian Games champion Japan.  USA  will  meet  Japan on Monday in its third match. In the  second match, Japan defeated South Africa by 2-0 goals.
