SC allows registration of BS4 vehicles sold in March

The Supreme Court today allowed registration of BS4 vehicles which were sold in March, but could not complete the process due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  However, the apex court noted that only those vehicles will be eligible for registration which were sold before the lockdown and details of which were uploaded on the government's Vahan portal.
