New sports policy under consideration, says Kiren Rijiju

Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju has said that a new sports policy was under consideration where every player would be supported by the government. He also expressed hope that India will do better at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. The minister said that this policy will be introduced after consultations with various sports organisations and the private sector.
