India's Kidambi Srikanth and Sameer Verma were today knocked out of the Thailand Masters Badminton after suffering first-round defeats. Verma lost to Malaysia's Lee Zii Jia 16-21, 15-21 in a 39-minute men's singles match in the BWF World Tour Super 300 event at Bangkok. Ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal crashed out of the Denmark badminton Open at Odense today after losing to Japan's Sayaka Takahashi in women's singles. Sindhu, Saina will be in action at Senior National Badminton Championships
